ADT wanted a microsite that promoted their brand as a lively, modern place to start a career. Competing with giants such as Microsoft, Tesco and Coca-Cola in hiring young people as they finished their degrees, ADT wanted to reflect to potential employees that they were a dynamic company ready help them grow into successful managers and employees for the future.
